Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

To be eligible for an exchange in such cases, you must provide:

• A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

• The video must be continuous and unedited.

• Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

• Your order number and contact details.

The unboxing video serves as primary evidence for verification. Exchange requests for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products may be declined if a valid unboxing video is not provided.

Conditions for Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

• All original tags, labels, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be intact and included.

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

• The product must pass our quality inspection after it is received.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Products customized, altered, or made to customer specifications.

• Products that have been used, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.

• Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.

• Products returned after the 10-day exchange period.

Exchange Approval

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

In cases where the requested replacement product is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative product of equivalent value or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping for Exchanges
